STANDARD TERMS:

Classes are offered on a first come, first served basis based on equipment and instructor availablity.
Custom training prices are found in the Training section at www.meau.com under Custom Training.
Standard classes offered on-site require a minimum of 4 weeks advanced notice.
Custom training classes require a minimum of 8 weeks advanced notice.
All on-site classes are billed based on number of students (with a minimum billing of 6 students).
MEAU standard terms of sale apply.
Submission of this form does not constitue guarantee of requested training. The MEAU training department will extend due diligence in trying to accommodate this request. In situations where the requested dates are not possible, the MEAU training department will suggest alternate dates.
