Exchange Program

MEAU's Technical Service & Support Division has developed an Exchange Part Program that helps our customers minimize their downtime in critical situations. By maintaining an extensive inventory of fully functional Refurbished or Rebuilt Spare Parts, the customer has only to make a direct purchase of the part they need (at a substantial savings from Retail Cost). Rather than having to wait the extra time for a Repair/Return to be completed, the customer can be back in production with minimal delays.

The customer can qualify for an additional 30% credit by quickly returning the damaged unit that was replaced to MEAU. If the unit is deemed to be repairable by our Repair Department, the customer is issued a Credit for 30% of the initial purchase invoice (excluding freight and taxes).
